Receptionists always make mistakes and are blunt and never listen to my needs. I also never receive the correct prescriptions because of their mistakes. Avoid.

Surgery is clean and in a. Relaxed atmosphere. I can't always get an appointment for myself but when my children need an appointment the reception staff always go above and beyond to try and fit my children in.

It is sometimes difficult to make appointment for same day.you have to phone very early,8-8 15 and make many attempts to get through to the reception before all appointments are gone.
However on arrival at surgery the reception is friendly and helpful.
My doctor there is always very helpfull and understanding,I feel very comfortable discussing my problems and she always seems concerned for my welfare

It is difficult to get an appointment to see a nurse / no problem to see the doctor. One of the receptionists is rude in the extreme.............

Very happy with the staff and surgery.
